The Current Campaigns list trigger only shows campaigns that are paused and awaiting activation, or campaigns that are currently active. For campaigns that only call a few numbers it is possible that a campaign was created, activated and completed in the time between Zap runs. To solve this, you can try to stagger campaign activation by creating a Zap that doesn’t start the campaign until it appears as paused in the campaign list.
First, be sure to check that your account has enough credits to complete your campaign. If you have plenty of credits available to you, campaigns can be activated by setting the Start field to true in the create new campaign action or using the update status action to start the campaign after it has been created.
Currently the CSV processing functionality assumes that the first column in a CSV file contains phone numbers. If this is not the case, please copy the phone numbers column you wish to use into a new csv file.
The update campaign status action uses the campaign’s current status as well as the status the is being set as to search for the campaign that is about to have its status changed. So, if you try to start a campaign that is already active RVM Pro will not find it.
